My 5 year old preppie has really enjoyed gathering rubbish and plastic to create a ‘recycle monster’ on her front cover. There are so many different activities and prompts - exploring your garden to find plants that bees could enjoy and draw the flowers, collecting seeds from fruit/veggies and colouring/cut/gluing your own pretend veggie garden. Also included are recycle matching, compost, bin audit and nature bingo. Definitely something to revisit again and again over a period of time rather something that is only an hour of entertainment. Highly recommend!
Both of my kids loved this workbook. It is super engaging and a great resource for teaching kids about living in a resourceful way. I love that they were learning but also really enjoying themselves and being creative at the same time.
